Default FOG LIGHTS! New Ebay LED vs EBAY OEM vs. TRDsparks

HELLO ALL! i amm currently looking to put some fogs on my tc and i need some opinions

I cam across these in my search, idk how i feel about em:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-2012-Sc...330cd1&vxp=mtr

I also found these on EBay and want to kow if you think they are worth a S*** or not, they appear to be SAE whatever:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-11-12-13-Scion-tC-Fog-Lamp-Light-Kit-OEM-STYLE-SAE-APPROVAL-2011-2012-2013-/190663781871?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2012|Make%3AScion|Model%3AtC&hash=item2c64726def&vxp=mtr

lastly should i just be safe and go with TRDsparks.com?

Whatever you get, be sure to put lamin-x on them to protect them from rocks.

don't get the ebay ones. the ring looks like it's pushing out of the bumper in the second picture. also, if it comes with those l.e.d. strips on the side of the ring housing those are put on there poorly

Yea I don't really care for the led fog esp with it looking somewhat cheap up close. I need a functional foglight but didn't knw if the second ones were legit or not.

Seen these in real life on other cars, they're really not that bright and don't look that great.

i kinda like the angel eyes-looking style when they are on in those photos but the fit and finish of the close up photo is discouraging. if the plastic looks warped in the promotional photos, i don't even wanna see them in real life.

Don't expect to get better visibility out of OEM fogs. Even with HID's they provide next to no light that you benifit from while driving; they don't shine far enough forward to help. The only thing that the light DOES help with is slowly cornering on an unfarmiliar road or parking lot.

That's what I kinda figured. I noticed that the foglights do not project out very far but I suppose the added light can't hurt.

I dont see the led ones serving any purpose other than cosmetic (if that). I would stick with oem fogs and throw some hids in them. they will be functional and look pretty damn sexy.

These are perfect for my turbod/built 2012 tc. Ot allows airflow for the intercooler as well. Might get em but yes the housing is super ugly

IF, the link you posted from ebay is made by SpecD, then that kit is good quality and I can say that from experience. I would ask the seller who makes the kit.
