The extended nozzle, someone mind explaining? Is it as simple as it sounds?

 

Yep! Look at the image. Self explanatory.

 

The OE injectors for the latest engine in the 2011+ tC has injectors with nozzles that extend further into the intake manifold than standard injectors. This feature complements the design of the intake manifold.

DW offers the only OE fitment, extended-nozzle injectors available in larger flow rates.
