I am going to install a 10" Sub tomorrow and was wondering how everybody routes their power cable to their amp (in the truck). Can you go through the firewall below the master cylinder or do you do it differently (under vehicle maybe)? Anything helps. Also, any suggestions of what type of box I should build/buy, I saw one that had a false floor in the trunk but my sub is too deep for that sort of install. finally, how does the stock radio bezel dissassemble?

Once in the car, you can run the wire through the door sills. They pop-off pretty easily.

 

thanks etarui but I have a tC and it looks like that is for an xb, am I wrong? Anybody get through the firewall for a tC? How about custom sub boxes?

 

Whoops...you're right. Sorry...I usually click on xB forums and some general areas get posted in there too. I would imagine there should be a similar area for you to pass through. All cars seem to have it. I've done several installs on different cars and i usually go through a similar area.
