It would be nice if I had some competition next year. I had fun sitting back and watching all the reactions from people walking by. And yes they did mis pronounce it at the awards ceremony. They called it a SIKON. I think my Grand Theft Auto South Bend decal got more attention than the car, all day long seeing people point at it was funny. I hope they didnt think it was a real game coming out. The 1st place trophy is as tall as the car is wide. So next year I hope to see more SCIONS.
I dont know if you could tell what I did to the interior or not. I'm debating on if I should show you the whole thing now or keep it under wraps until I attend a meet. Its not 100% done so I might wait till either the Jordan event wich from what I hear is going to be very good or the Elmhurst show wich I am most likely going to attend to post some pics. I tried posting the full size pic with the image station address but it didnt work. It would be nice to get a good showing at the first ever Jordan event to encourage them to have more. Thanks for the support...

Heres a link
Sorry I couldnt find any hosts that work to put pics on here.
My future plans are to get a black light cold cathode set up wich should really make everything glow at night. Not just under the dash and seats. I already have a uv led in the dome light that does ok. The yellow glue was bleeding through the white camo material so it had to be stiched to a foam backing.
And no I dont have a match for your gasoline.

interior looks kinda cool, however you need some serious help in the trunk, is that a pre-made box, with 6x9 boxes on top of it?
If you are in the area ever I can help you make something much more integrated, I am no expert, but a decent custom box always looks and sounds better, for a show quality car, the junk in the trunk look is not very fitting.
Unique looking interior though, should look really cool with the blacklights.

I voted "It's OK" because of the effort. Fabric choice was hideous for a compact vehicle. If it were a 4 wheel drive truck that was off roading, then maybe. I think it's awesome that the headrests were redone to match the headliner, but again, the fabric... ewwww.
As for the "system"... well, let's just say there are definitely some cleaner installs out there in the Scion World.

I know I know I know the trunk needs help. I had the 6x9's and cd changer in my first car, the xb is my third. So they were collecting dust in my room when a guy at work sold me the MTX sub and box for 25 bucks. For 25 I couldnt pass that deal up. I figured I have all this stuff laying around why not use it. I thought up the box that holds the changer and amps and my friend who designed the GTA logo made it . The wimpy rear speakers and the fact they were being smothered kinda forced me to use the 6x9's to compensate for sound back there. At the show I just put the 6x9 boxs inside the amp enclosure because as you can see they look out of place and un finished. Much of my focus has been on other areas of the car there for I have not paid a lot of attention to the back just because it sounds really good and I want to do other things first. I have been given many oppinions on what to do and a white fiberglass set up is prolly what I am going to end up with.
As far as picking the camo material, I dont know ive always liked the way it looks, I haven't seen it done before, didn't want the typical suede headliner, something to work with the black lights, and its more than likely going to be one of a kind.
