Default Need Fog Lighting Opinions!

ok so my ride is white with black rims and black ccfl angel eye head lights with 55w 8000k low beams. (go to my garage to see a pic of what the headlights look like) I am in desperate need of fog lights. I have a smoked lens pair already picked out but as for what to do on bulb color im clueless. I dont know what will match well with the hid's in my lows. (I DO NOT WANT HID FOGS) Here is what i have been considering for my fog lights Orsam Nightbreaker + , Sylvania ZXE, or Nokya Yellow blub. I dont know what will look good with the car being white and the headlights being blue-ish. Your opinions and/or pics would be much appreciated!

I too am searching for my bulbs for the JDM fog lights that will be here in a week or so. I did some looking up as far as brightness and wattage. So my question is as follows.

Is it safe to use the Nokya 55w in the JDM fog lights?

In my projectors i have a 8000k HID kit but I want halogens for the fogs. After searching I came to liking the nokyas but I am unsure of color and i would want them to go along with my HIDs; so i was looking at the Arctic white and cosmic white. not sure which would be the best color level for vision in fog and for looks. i know it is hard to get both but hey i gotta try. For the record i am OCD when it comes to this so forgive the detailed detailed posting. I just want to be sure. If no answer i'll go back to using PIAA.

ok so i bascially did the exact same thing you did after view a lot of pics on the internet about the nokya 55w 7000k arctic white. In the pics they did seems to have a nice blueish tint. after i installed them in my fogs they were not even close. not even a little bit. I ordered the nokya yellows and will be putting them in today. ill post a pic later to show you. the arctic white literally looked exactly like a stock halogen bulb... terrible

So I got the fogs installed no problems at all. However I do wonder why my fog light switch lights up when i turn the car on with the ignition switch... It does not matter really just curious on why that is. So i took the advice on yellow since the housing i got was a clear chrome type i bought PUTCO yellow bulbs

So here is what came out after install and bulb change:

your fog light switch is suppose to light up when ignition is on...it means theres power going to your switch, even if your fogs are physically off.

theres plenty of people running 8000k low beams with 2500k or 3000k fog lights.

Any idea on where i could mount the ballasts for the fogs? As soon as i get the money for them i'll put them in i just dont know where to put the ballasts without them falling out.

im planning on changing mine to hid to. not sure where to mount the ballast but make sure your fog housing can handle the heat. They will melt them down pretty fast if not made for hids
