New Tsudo Scion xB 08-12 Catted Race Headers + S-Pipe with pictures.
Hey guys I just got a shipment from from Tsudo with their new catted header for the Scion xB. This is a 4-2-1 header and include a catted S pipe. Header is made with T304 stainless steel. Take a look at these pictures.

Picked it up today and plan to install it tomorrow. I also ordered the Tsudo scuba delete which I found on eBay...

So far the quality looks great. Nice welds and material. I'll be sure to post up a review and sound clip in this thread when I'm done. Thanks for the free stickers and the O2 extension plug...

Got it all installed and went for a short test drive. I can definitely feel a seat of the pants increase in acceleration. The sound is only slightly louder than before, and actually kinda quiet. At the tailpipe I can hear a bit of a deeper note. I only have the TRD knockoff muffler on there for now. I'm sure it will sound much louder when I get the Tsudo scuba delete...
The install is very straight forward and I had no issues. It took me about 1.5 hours...

No problem. I thought about doing it last night, but the car was too hot to work on...
Here's the video

Hey, Boat
Did you have any issues re-installing air-fuel sensor in #4 tube port?
Would you see if you can snap and post pic of clearance of sensor from #3 tube, please.
Thanks.

Be prepared for your ears to bleed if you don't use a real rear muffler (not a can), although that mini-cat might actually keep things tolerable!
Looks good! Now wrap it up wth some of this! (DEI titanium exhaust wrap). Been running it on my xb2 header for a year, with no rust or anything, DRAMATICALLY reduced underhood temps though. You don't wet it before putting it on, so no chance of rust.
That header is awfully pretty, imagine how much nicer it will look with each pipe wrapped individually..*drool*...
