Go JDM or don't bother.. aftermarket armrests just don't have the right look or feel to them.

I don't see why the JDM wouldn't fit.. pretty sure the center console is identical.

its my understanding that it screws in from the side and its 5 1/2 wide and the center console is 3" wide at the back and tapers to 8 inches in the front so the body twist when its mounted that way.

Ah.. I thought it mounted into the rear cup holder.. :( Or maybe that's just the JDM Echo arm rest..

I heard about that same armrest that is supposed to insert in the rear cup holder. Still waiting to see it, I could use one. I have a long arm!

I'm not sure about anyone, but when I drive i really wouldn't need an armrest. My right hand will just rest on my leg or control the 5oclock position of the steering wheel. I do sit a bit more upright and the auto tranny selector is so low compared to the seating height, that I forget that's it's there.
