ok, after reading about prices of new and used xB's.....
And seeing that most claim that used xB's sale for almost as much as a new one....is this because dealers are riding on the popularity of these vehicles or is do they actually have good resale value?
Yes. (to both)
Used XB's aren't really selling for the price of new ones, but they are listed at near the price of new ones. The used ones usually have some crafty DVD or leather that give them some more value. You can haggle on a used Scion though.

I paid what the sticker said, plus 160 dollars for a 'document fee' related to TFS (according to them). According to www.carbuyingtips.com, I should have threatened to walk if they didn't waive that. But I was a chicken____.
I've heard of people getting ripped off by their dealers, and some that are selling under the pure price thing. Apparently it's supposed to be set up so everyone pays the same thing and people don't sit around getting shafted/getting special treatment.

Phoenix is a hot market so, for this area anyway, tough to get a "deal" on a clean xB.
Happy hunting!

Have you looked at eBay? My friend is selling his for 14K or best offer and it has less than 6000 miles on it.
