Default Dealer scratched my rims.

I took my tC in for it's first free oil change and the dealer suggested I get the tires rotated. I agreed to the $20.00 fee and at the same time thought of doing it myself. A few days passed and while I was washing my car i noticed these:

Front tire with scratch near lugnut from their tools, i've never removed my tires before

Rear tire with slightly smaller scratch but all the more noticeable.

I'm not sure how to approach them because if they can't even take tires off correctly I'll never take my car back to them again. I'm sure they won't take responsiblity one way or another but I'm freakin ____ed.

My first time posting pics, uploaded them to this site but for the life of me they won't work. I guess copy and past the url until I learn to be more internet savvy. Someone help.

ALWAYS do a walk around with the service guy/gal
BEFORE you drop off the car, and ALWAYS do a walk around
before you jump in and drive out.

ALWAYS.

Dont they give you a slip that gives you the condition of the care before they take it. If I take my car in (very rarely, I do most work myself) they provide me with a sheet that states the condition of the body before they work on it. I sign it and so do they. When I get my car back, I check it out, then resign the sheet with my sig if I say its fine.

They scratched my rims when they rotated my tires and I called the dealer that day, I happened to be washing the car after I got home and noticed them. They fixed them for free and you can't tell they were ever damaged.

I ordered my xB with aftermarket wheels, they arrived a couple days later than my xB. I went to pick it up, and noticed that the tech had chipped the paint on all four around the center caps. I pointed this out to my salesperson. He spoke to the service department. Not only did they order me 4 new wheels, but they let me order different ones, without the center cap. I felt like they were going the extra mile.

I myself screwed up my rims. I've hit a curb twice and both times on my driver side, first time scraped along about 7in. on my front rim, 2nd time, hit the curb so bad took a chunk out of my back rim and tire, my windows are so dark it's hard to see at night

Dood, I drove with 5% windows on my previous car and never curbed tires.

Default Dealer damage.

Be careful of their carwash device the dealer uses because your rims could get scratched by the guide thats used to keep the car in the washer. When The stealer (Grossinger Skokie IL) installed my radio they scratched the radio cover and then when fixing the scratched cover they scatched the part around the temp control. I'm afraid to back to that dealer. Bad vibes. Be careful of their carwash device because your rims could get scratched by the guide thats used to keep the car in the washer.
