This sort of thread was started in Hondatech.com. I would like to try it here as well. Basically just post pics of BSP Scions in this thread. Just to either give people ideas, show what certain things look like, or just plain show off. Someone else can start the other colors. These are all pictures of the same exact stock car (same situation mine is in). Where are the souped up BSP's, the ones pushing 300 hp, hitting the 11-12 second 1/4 mile, sound systems that shatter the moonroof, and have body kits that make the crowd go whoa!? :come:

the system i had the 1 12" hifonics made the rear quater panels flex im starting the work for my new box tomorrow it is going to hold 2 12" both in either .75 or maybe a 1 cubic foot of air volume im not sure yet but tomorrow it begins ill do updates with pics it should look nice

Well mine is in the works... I will have a souped up tc pushing maybe 250 hp with a killer sound system by september hopefully.

Everyone keeps talking about 5% dark tint. No one gets darker tint than on GUAM! LOL. Lots of cars full face the entire car. EVERYTHING IS TINTED at 5%!!!! I decided not to full face my tC at 5%, but when I owned a BLACK ALTIMA and a Vigor I did. This is how dark tint was. Lets just say, I could do things in the car during the day, without getting caught! :rofl:

if you look at the first page of this thread... someone has a picture posted up with lighted up blue footwells... maybe that should give you an idea. if you ask me, it doesn't look all too bad.

Some great pics on this thread, but I'm posting in response to people referring to Blue Oyster Cult as a one-hit-wonder... No way should they be considered a one-hit-wonder, BOC rocks! They've put out several good albums. Some great non-poppy/single songs as well. Some of my other favorites are "Last Days of May" (great story/ballad type thing) and "Nosferatu". You kids with your baggy pants and rap music, sheesh!

Project, did you do the install on your viper alarm? I haven't hooked mine up yet and was wondering if you actually hooked up the remote start with a manual. But if you have auto i'll just shut up :P I haven't been fond of remote start since my last car, it was picky about how to handle starting without a key (GM owners know what im talkin about). If you got to work well i'd like to know.

I do drive a manual and the remote start is working fine. I did not do the install myself but I heard that bypassing the clutch isn't too hard.

Taking delivery of my 06 BSP MT tC today after work! The sales manager called me just as I got to work. Now I have to wait till 6pm to pick up the car! This is gonna be a long day... :tap:

I :love: this car! First manual tC I drove was my car when i picked it up. All the dealers in the area only had AT's when I came in. I had the dealer put in the iPod head unit, and the floormats and cargo mat.

One thing I noticed about the new head unit is that it will now decode WMA files as well as MP3's, and I havn't noticed a single post about that yet. This is a big win for me as I encode all my music in WMA.

I need to get some pictures of my car tonight! Got the tripod and digicam with me so I can snap some after work.

yea so.... i went to the dealership today planning on getting an 05 IIP tC. and they didnt have one :cry: BUT! there was a BSP tC and it was just plan sexy.... so i baught it :love: it was love at first sight! and better yet. it was an 06... and even better. the dealership gave me a free lip spoiler because it wasnt the car i wanted. so all around i think i did pretty f***in good :D :D cant wait to drive it off the lot on tuesday! then ill post pics when i get a chance

I wouldnt mind taking those rims off your hands for ya. Is that also a painted carbon fiber hood? Can you get more pics a lil further away from the side? I always wanted to see pics off a BSP with the lip kit thats why.

i think the biggest downside to the black is the fact that the sunroof/moonroof doesn't have that sweet constast as it does with the SW and the CSM.

^^Made it myself. And now I sell them. PM me if interested in having one. Any color you want made. So far, I've done two black with silver SCION logo, and one Silver with the SCION logo in Gunmetal color.

I have a big big problem with repainting the stock color on the front bumper for my BSP tC. Because the bumper was severely scratched I had a friend who had a body shop that used PPG to repaint it. We looked up the color code for the for the BSP scion and it says 209 from toyota. Unfortunately scion seems to have a different 209 from a 209 paint that is used on toyota cars. As a result the color came out lighter.

We then had the PPG local distributor come by with the "color eye", a machine that scans in several color swatches of the body of car and averages a mixture for the paint. That didnt work either and the black came out lighter again.

After two failures with PPG, I tired another automotove paint company, Sherman-Williams. After repainting it the 3rd time, the bightness of the color was closer, but did not have enough metallic. When the sun shines onto the car, due to the lack of metallic the bumper was flat and the rest of the car is glittering. Its embarrassing to see my car like that. Just looks cheap!

I have been driving around with mismatch blacks on my car for 9 months now. I am thinking of buying the RS1 lip kit. I planning to have the bumper painted at the same time as the lip kit.

I REALLY NEED ADVICE OF WHICH PAINT COMPANY OUT THAT HAS A MIXTURE THAT WOULD PROVIDE NO LOWER THAN 90% OF A COLOR MATCH!!!

If BSP is so hard to color match, is it an optional to buy a front bumper from the dealership prepainted???

That's the reason why we got ours done at the dealer. Although a little pricey at $262.30 just for the front bumper, it's still gives you a piece of mind knowing that the color will be flawlessly matched.

PS...We ordered teh RS1 front lip, but in Carbon Fiber. (Rest of the kit soon to follow when they redesign the rear).

i want to do this with my lights.... but now that i see them they dont look to good, but its on paint. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE photoshop a nice version of these lights? i basically want the taillights smoked out, but leave the reflectors visible simply to make them legal

turbo wont blow the engine it only makes more power becouse its more efficant and its usealy tuned also not just running a stock ecu with a base reflash

Never really noticed it but black scratches and leaves marks really easily...that sucks!lol
