Default Bad O2 Sensor?

Hey everyone. I just took my turbo off my car and converted everything back to stock. I'm having an issue and need some advice. My check engine light came on yesterday with 2 codes, 2195 "O2 Sensor signal stuck lean bank1 sensor 1" and 0171 "system too lean (bank 1)". I've seen 0171 before and have corrected it, or so I thought by checking/re-installing my spark plugs and fuel injectors. However I've never ran into P2195 before, sounds like my O2 sensor needs to be replaced but I wanted to see if anyone else ran into this before. I attached a screen shot of the codes.

To answer my own question yes it turns out the O2 sensor was fried due to a build up of carbon. Replaced the sensor and it worked like normal again.
