Okay... So I went out to see the lawn area and the lot and I like the lot alot more!

The lawn is a bowl for rain collection and I worry about some of the lowered cars getting in and out of there, people tripping over fixtures in the ground, and that we're too far off the beaten path and separated from the lot area.

The lot (on the other hand) backs up against Dunlap Ave and has a grassy area between the lot and the street that would be ideal for the tents, shade and exposure to the traffic.

The two areas are not even sort-of connected and I think we're better as ONE GROUP and not two.

So... Anyone have any heartburn with ditching the lawn and hanging together on the lot near the trees???

I think you are right. I have done lawn shows and it is a pain. Uneven ground and those damn sprinklers. I say do the lot. I think I may have a canopy I can bring. I will have to search my garage.

you dont want on their lawns..... they are giant pits, 40 angles down, rounds out, then 40 degree up.

Ya the wife and I were over there looking at the area and trying to figure out where they were going to put us because nothing looked big enough or I would need to 4 X 4 the xB to park on some of the other grass parts. Hey....now there's a new mod for ya guys. :nails:
