Parade called me up a few months ago and said they were doing an article on people who loved their cars and wanted to know if I had any input. I talked to a very nice reporter for a few minutes, told her why I love Scion and why I think people are so into them. I plugged Scion Evolution pretty shamelessly, lol. The whole conversation was maybe like 10 minutes. Anyway, when it was done I figured that was the end of it, and to be honest, I thought I missed the article.

Then a month later, one of the photo people call and say that they want to send a photographer out to get a few photos. I mention that my buddy is a photographer and they ask to see some of his stuff.

Anyway, we go out and take a bunch of pics and submit them, and then sure enough, I guess they liked some of them. Hopefully not the one of me smiling like a moron.

I'm curious to see the article and in what context they use my quotes. Anyway, there we go. My 2 seconds of fame.
