I am the most retarted person ever, so i wanted to paint my engine valve cover, and i'm sanding it, and I go to get up, and i step on the freakin thing!!!! So it cracks, fine,, i crazy glue it and it's fine. Then i go to paint it and the spray bottle leaks everywhere splotching the thing. Now i go to totally start from scratch and i'm ____ed that most of the paint wont come off and a new crack is appearring on the side,

There are lots of CF covers on EBay. Here is the cheapest one they have listed at the moment. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7969279518&category=46098&sspagename=WDVW

But remember. Even with those "made to fit" covers, there still is some modification needed. This link (http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=52662&highlight=ebay+engine+cover) explains how to modify the cover.

You can prolly find an OEM one from someone here on SL, get a cf one, or maybe even the polished Injen engine cover.
The OEM cover is just there for looks to hide all of the wiring.
