Hotchiks Vs. TRD
ive done some research, but i also wanted everyone elses opinion. I was originally thinking about dropping my car with the TRD spring set, but now i am slowly moving over to the hotchiks set. seeing that the hotchiks make the car level and the drop being a little bit lower than the TRD's. ive seen only 1 picture of a Tc on here dropped with the hotchiks set, and bunch with the trd. what would you guys recommend in terms of quality "sagging i mean", less likey to blow struts/shocks quicker , and style? thanks any input will be greatly appreciated for my final decision.
i have goldline springs. i love em! :D
i cant put my finger through the rear fender gap. and i can squeeze one finger through the front fender gap.
cleanest look!
but if yer goin for stance... go for hotchkins if its lower than TRD. i dunno obout ride quality on those....

it all depends on what your looking for. besides just the drop you got to consider how aggressive the spring rate is. the TRD springs only stiffen the ride up mildly, still leaving a relatively comfortable ride. but the hotchkis springs are designed more to improve the handling of the vehicle and are gunna be a bit rougher over the bumps. so if your just looking to improve the look but want to keep it relativly comfortable get the TRD's but if you want to improve the handling as well as improve the looks go for the hotchkis.
does anyone have pictures of the Hotchkis sport springs installed on their tc??? on tirerack they report them as having a 1.7" drop in the front and 1.9" in the rear... i'd really like to see what that looks like installed, cuz S-techs are too much of a drop for me.
