18s are a bit harsh, but unless you're a geriatric, nothing your back can't handle. If you want a plush ride, buy a minivan.
I think it looks tight. Clean... maybe too clean, but clean is good.

the ride on 18's isnt harsh at all, im sitting on TRD springs and about 2 inches of rubber. i dont know why everyone keeps saying its a rough ride. i think the ride is better if anything it feels more glued to the ground and handles better.
^^^
I agree...my xb feels so much better w/18's on 35's and a 2" drop care of goldline springs! granted, pot holes and large bumps are felt a lot more, but in general it feels better.

Nice generalization. My box rides SOOOO much better with the 18s and TRD Springs that on the stock springs and 15s.
Looks good.

Yeah, whatever. Notice one thing all of you said in common. Springs. The stock springs on 18s is a hella harsh ride any way you put it. It's jittery and you feel every pebble and hole in rough roads. Maybe you guys drive around on an autoX track all day, but from experience, my bro-in-law's xB on 18s and stock springs is a back bruiser. The progressive springs probably help the ride. I haven't experienced this, so I don't know. I did ride a dropped tC and can say the ride was better with the TRD springs than stock, so maybe...

:blah: Why are you doubting what we say if you don't even know first hand?
