Bye, bye. I Traded my tC for a brand new 2005...
Two things really bothered my about the tC. The first was the drive by wire. (The lack of a throttle cable) The throttle was very unpredictable causing jerky shifts at lower speeds. This was especially noticeable with the AC on.
The second was the chassis. I like a stiff one! Scions glass roof causes too much movement and too many strange noises when going over uneven surfaces.
The RSX handles better, steers better, feels lighter, smooth tranny, and of course 210 HP.
I thought I would miss the torque but I don't. It pulls just fine
In the $17,000 price range, the tC is hands down the best car. The RSX cost me $6,000 more than that.

Since people have mentioned it, I have tried to notice the lag mentioned with the drive by wire to no avail. I can tell abosolutely no difference on mine no matter how I drive it.
I can't honestly say that I'm happy for you for going over to the dark side...
but if you finally got the car you originally wanted, congrats. I hope you have fun in your new ride.
