You might want to check current prices before you gloat like that. Adventon.com raised their prices some time ago.

That's a great price ... plus NOPI is listed as an authorized Injen dealer which helps for warranty service.

Actually they didn't....if you read closely you have to add the item to the cart to see the real price....

And if you actually take your own advice.......you'll see that the REAL PRICE is $151.26 after that rebate.....and that's just the subtotal. After adding their cheapest shipping option (ups ground).......the REAL PRICE is $163.14.

everyone who has installed this intake in their manual xB's, i have a couple questions... 1.) is the power difference noticable, and 2.) does the power difference taste like $150? thanks

u cant feel the 5whp increase.....it would give u slightly better gas mileage if u didnt lead foot it.....really only for looks.....150+ for a measily 5-6whp....not worth it....spend money elsewhere on the car...i got springs/rims/tires before the intake

You're excused. It's cool. I'm actually disappointed in Adventon........because I had been touting them as the lowest price out there.......and they WERE........but.......then they went and upped their price. Oh well.

i think for $150
5-6hp gain is sufficient...
i mean come on, how much HP does one expect to gain?
it's a 5% HP gain which is pretty descent in my opinion.. =)
and besides it's the sound that it makes that's cool

Note on NOPI.com: I tried to order from them this morning (2/24) but their checkout system doesn't use a secure (SSL) connection and the link on the "Verisign Secure Site" seal goes nowhere. If you're uptight about that sort of thing consider ordering by phone or using them for price matching.

Agreed ... it doesn't look like a bad deal when others are spending $500+ on exhausts that add maybe 2-3 hp (and 15 dB of noise).

i was checking that earlier and it seems like you have to be a "member" which doesn't seem to be any sort of big deal. i dealt with adventon and they were super fast and cheap.

and with what SITHSCRIPTER brought out about NOPI as far as not having a secure site i would be pretty weary of that as well since ive just been thru identity fraud (pure hell) and most likely they got my info by my online purchases.
(just a tip DO NOT ORDER FROM EBGAMES.com)

Sorry to hear about the identity theft experience ... and thanks for the warning about EBGames.com.

I was waiting to hear from my dealer for the RS1, and finally found out this week that the partial VIN/stock number are mine. I was then going to order from Aventon for the Black Powder coated InJen. I had check the wite frequently over the past moth, and up till last week, the price for it ( including shipping ) was $139. Well, it appears that i have missed that boat, and now the price with shipping is a whopping $172. I think ill take my business else where, or at least do some shopping around.
