Where can I get these taillights? Or are they just painted this way?

 

I beleive the second ones are Snowy Heron, but I'm not sure where to purchase the covers.

 

they look like stock painted. if theyre not, then its an overlay. looks like just straight up painted though. mask, then spray. it should be fairly easy! DIY mod in action

Its made my Charge Speed!!! Well the turquise colored one is From Charge Speed, Im not sure about the xB. Maybe there the same.

Your Scion is the same with Toyota bB phase-2 here in Japan.
Aero Garage has never tried to put it on to phase-2.
We cannot take any responsibility of the fitment.

The Snowy Heron pieces look slightly different than the Chargespeed pieces. But in the e-mail the distributor stated that the Aero Garage (Snowy Heron) covers were made for the 1st generation bB and they could not guarantee fitment on the xB.

Here is what he has 2 styles, I think the top is more of what you are looking for. It's not fiberglass but may be the solution you are looking for. It will definately be cheaper. I have the headlight overlays, it's good stuff. Also Jinsu is a great seller with a good reputation on SL.com
