Guys, I'm going to go get my windows tinted tomororw, and for the life of me, i can't find pictures of already tinted tC without having to go through every post. and yes, i did a search already. this is not going to be another "what shade tint looks best on the tC". thats a matter of personal opinion. however, i'd like people that have tinted to put up pictures of it, along with have % you had applied.

if this goes well, we could sticky this and that'll be the end of the tinting nightmare question.

also, i am thinking of doing 70% tint, since the tC already comes with 74%, and adding a 70% on that will give me around 50%. yea yea.. i know that nothing compared to teh 20% and 5% people recommend, but cops around here stop people like nuttin for too dark shades.

Get 20% dude. If its too light then there is no point, your car will heat up from the sun just the same. I went with 20% figuring if im gonna get a ticket anyway, might as well have nice tint.

 

this topic has been WAY over done, do a search next time, but, here are a few pics of my BSP with 20% all the way around.

 

i used the stock tint from all around the xb; which is 35%.. front windows and back, no problem with cops. as well as anything darker IMHO is too dark to navigate at night with.. i went for functionality and form

if you get slightly lower tint in the front windows, you will be less likely to be bugged by cops..

I have "dark" tint on mine thant allows 30% passthrough. PICS

 

of course i show up to a tint thread. bsp tc 5% all the way around plus eyebrow on windshield.

 

this is charcoal titanium which is my choice on all my cars: mr2, integra, and tc.
only draw back is if you have navigation because it tends to block reception because of the metals in the tint.

 

This is 25% tint i believe it's been awhile, it's that titanium kina or some sort of kind in it. I dont remember

This is an odd question, did any one get there sunroof tinted. I noticed it's realy bright the last couple of days that the weather been nice.

 

That charcoal titanium looks really good. Wish I'd known about that when I got my SSM tinted. Then again I can get it redone for free if I want. Hmmmm...

BTW Shoe_Here your car looks just straight up hot. Those rims look really good on your car and the black tint just makes it happen.

 

With 5% tint sometimes the light coming from the moonroof actually helps me see.
