Hey there! New to this board. I will be getting a RS01 TC here in about 2 weeks, and was curious to see any pics or recommendations on what % percent to tint the TC's windows. Im leaning towards 5% in the back and 20% on the windows. Any help you can give me would be great, thanks!!!

^ ditto, make it match the wheels thru and thru. you can go 35% all around; it depends on your tint laws. In CA we cant do front window tint; but ive got 35% and so far, no hassleing

I'm getting mine done this afternoon at 4:00. I plan on doing some mad detailing tomorrow so i'll take some pics and post them if u like. I haven't decided what percentage i will be doing.

 

20 is the way to go. Perfect cause people can't see in during the day or night but you can still see out and see trafic. Safe and styling. What more can you ask for.

Its getting done as we speak. I'm getting 30% on the front and sides and 15% in the rear. Expect pics sometime this week.

I love my RS1 so far. Its lots of fun. However, don't the dealer install your spoiler if u get one, they'll f**k it up. Mine rattles its ___ off.

well the tint is finished and i must say i'm very happy with it. i did 30% in the front, 30% on the side windows and 15% in the rear. I got the Charcoal film, but its the metallic stuff. I'll post pics friday after i wish her up.

 

Whatever is legal. Red already draws a lot of attention.

I get my tint on Thursday. At first i wanted 20% on the two front windows & 15% on rear/back windows. Now i'm thinking, leagal on the front two(35% in Texas, i think) & 5% on the rear/back windows. I have a couple dayz to make up my mind?!

I really luv owning a red car. I'm glad i waited for the RS 1.0.

 

do your state's legal max tint
