I just purchased a new BSP tC (pics later) with the 6 CD in dash and I remembered seeing a topic about changing the radio display message. I searched for about an hour and couldn't find the post. Can anyone help me locate it, or tell me how to change the display message on my radio? On a side note I am in love with my new tC

If you press and hold 'A' on the Pioneer stero and turn the
ignition to 'ACC', you will enter the secret mode function,
within 15 seconds, press and hold 'M','A', and '2' simultne-
ously and turn the ignition to 'OFF'. The display will now
show "PushMyButton" instead of the original "Scion." If you
want to return to the original screen reading, "Scion," just
repeat the steps.

press and hold 'A' and 'TEXT' simutaneously and turn the key so 'ACC' is off.

from the AM setting, press and hold "FOLDER UP' and 'SCAN' simultaneously and turn the key so 'ACC' is off.

insert cd and set to track number 2, press and hold 'Folder Down' and 'Text' simultaneously and turn the key so 'ACC' is off.

Custom Welcome screen
to create your own custom message, press and hold 'M' and turn the key so 'ACC' is off. You now have one minute to use the '+' and '-' buttons to scroll through any ASCII characters. Use the 'A' button to enter your characters.

Reminder: Turn on the car to ACC holding down the A button, when the line across the bottom starts flashing, let go of the A button and hold down the appropriate buttons for the message you are wishing to display.
