Hey fellas,
Does your TC audio head unit have the ability to change colors, because mine does not. It is advertise as so on their website. It looks as if they installed the XB or XA version audio head unit. This is a bummer.

 

The factory unit does not change colors only the factory optional 6 disc changer.

yeah that. I dunno, honestly any color other than amber looks out of place.

 

6disc only will change color....

 

And even then only the display changes color NOT the buttons. They remain the same ugly amber color.

 

I actually did get the wrong head unit installed by mistake. When I ordered my xA, I ordered it 100% stock- no options. When my sales guy was showing me my new car, he paused and was like, "Oops, they screwed up. They gave you the 6-disc changer by mistake. Oh well, I guess it's yours now." I got it for free!

 

Ohh Darn, Okay. Must of missed the fine print on the website. Thanks for the quick replies. Now I now. Thought I got jipped for asecond there.

 

Nice. I didn't get anything for free. I even asked my sales person about floormats, because they come with nothing (lame)...

"so there isn't anything you can throw in there for me? ..."

yeah i asked if they could throw in tint and they said no, cheap bastards.

 

i got floor mats by mistake

 

lol i think floormats were the only thing i got extra too hahaha

 

I ended up buying my floor mats from McGeorge. Still $90 shipped, but better than the 100+ that the dealer wanted.
