I like some things about it. I dont really care for the wheels and I hate the wing but the color is hot and grill is sweet.

Just got mine day before last . LOVE IT , I have always liked the TC when they originally started sellin them but they didnt have a red I liked . I had a 2000 Honda civic Ex in Milano red (yeah my spellin BITES LOL) and always liked that color . When I saw the RS1.0 come out and it was in absolutely red I snagged it , (was in a gas hog of a truck LOL) Its a cool car and cool color combination . The only thing I am kinda timid of is the fact that I have seen what Toyota red looks like after a while . and I will be throwing wax and polish at it constantly unless they have fixed their paint. Wax on Wax off

i dunno why but the red tC is hot. Ive never liked a red car but the tC looks awesome. I have been avoiding the dealers like the plauge because i want to trade mine sooooo bad for the red. I love mine but the sting i get in my eye when i see the RS1 getting to me. Anywho..........

I guess hot if you really like red. Not a favorite color of mine and just comes with parts I wouldn't want on my tC. Oh yeah, don't forget those "special" badges........ lol

I prefer blue, so I opted to wait on an IIP instead of buying the RS at the dealer in my town. The RS is very nice, but I prefer blue. I've wanted a deep blue car since I started driving, so I guess I'll wait a few more days/weeks.

not so hot.
I found out the details of the RS releaze before I bought my AP in Feb/March, decided not to wait because nothing's too appealing, includinig the red.

It's ok, but nothing really unique for the extra couple grand. I thought it was gonna be faster and have some unique body or wheels, but that style is availiable to purchase from the dealer.

I love mine... my first choices were either the super white, or the flint mica. I decided to wait until i saw the RS 1.0. Sure enough it looked so much better in person.

It does irritate me when people on here bash it for being more expensive and say its over-priced when you add up the extra ____ you actually come out ahead (and no i'm not talking about the "special" badges.... theres only 1 anyway).

Actually you get the grill and and the gunmetal enkeis. try to go to your scion dealer and buy those items.

I think the Rs1 is hot as hell, but i'm not a big fan of the extras they put in it... Especially the tie down and the oil cap. Who cares about those extras. i would rather see some sway bars... I love the color and the rims , Perfect combo.

yeah i agree... i could have lived without the tie downs. I think those ARE overpriced. Off the topic, though... I'm relatively new to performance-tuning car (i used to have a tacoma) but does a sway bar serve the same purpose as a strut brace? Don't they usually go in the back of the vehicle?

Yeah, but I'm sorry slapping a grille on a car and calling it "special edition" doesn't really make it so. As far as the wheels I have friend with the same enkeis, but in different shade on a flint mica that he bought from the dealer. I don't mean to hate on you, but hey this thread asked for our opinions.

you can get the wheels, just not in that shade and I dont think our friends at scion said "hey, lets slap a grill on the car and call it a special edition". No' hatin' man.... nothing but love for my fellow scion brethren. I guess i just get defensive when it comes to my ride... but i think we're all guilty of that. BTW, nice ride.

it is a nice looking car, but i agree with someone above when they said they should put some other stuff in it besides the oil cap and tie down, those are accessories that you can put in on your own, they just rape you on the price for them anyhow, overall, nice looking car, but i love mines
