Im sure this has been asked before but when i hit search i got about 150 pages of results. But what size are the door speakers and what brand do you guys reccommend? And i was thinking of putting in focal 5 1/4 in the rears any other suggestions?

 

they are "oversized 6.5's" or 6.75 inchers. rear is 5.25 so focals woulkd work nice if amped the rear fill is quite ____poor

 

I'd say save your money on the rear speakers and put it into the front stage w/amp....

 

what kinda amp do i need for the focals then? Im gonna go head and replace the rears out for now. Ive already replaced the dash speakers and added some tweeters, but when i listen to music my bass drowns the words out so im hoping this helps.

 

this is not going to help. you really need to work on the front stage. the rear is nothing but fill (distraction) anyways.

 

I put 6.5 in the back, and the doors, and I think they were 2's in the dash. I put bass blockers on the ones in the dash. I have a Bazooka in the rear. I get nice highs, mids, and lows all around, it sounds great.
