does the injen short ram intake void any part of the scions warranty?

As long as its installed correctly, and there is no way to prove that it caused any damage you shouldn't have anything to worry about. You should keep the stock airbox setup incase you have to bring it back to the dealer- then you can just switch em out and nobody will be the wiser :D
