I have contacted my dealer for the past 2 weeks practicly every other day and i found out yesturday when i called him that the xArs2.0 first will only come out with 10 cars thats it outta the 1750 for the first release .... and everyones name is put in a pool and who actually needs the car.... they will recieve first..... anyone else hear anything about this???

 

I guess they are expecting a high demand for the xA RS2. hmmm...

 

That's pretty weird. I haven't heard hide nor hare of that one. It's weird, though. I keep asking my dealer by e-mail about the RS 2.0 and he isn't getting back to me. What you are saying might very well be true. I dunno.

 

Well considering I sold my xB today to get an RS 2.0, with my dealer (which is a good friend) said that I have first dibs on it and am going to go get everything settled with it tomorrow. Guess I need to change my little avatar car to an RS then


And somehow need to change my name.... lol

I'm going to need a good sedative to keep me calm until my pocket rocket comes in. I'm a nervous wreck. I just hope the dealer ordered the right car.

I'm curious to know one thing. Is the xA RS2 coming with the wonderful wheel covers ( NOT ) or are they coming in with the very nice EP-10 alloys? I'm still confused on that one.

The xA RS2 comes alloys, it wouldn't be limited if it didn't!

 

The RS2 xA doesn't come with alloys. It comes with steelies and hubcaps, unless you pay more to add something else.

Yeah, the original xA RS 2.0 pics showed the car with the EP-10 alloys on it. Then, the next time I go there it shows the wheel covers and the the price had dropped from $14,745 (EP-10 alloys on the car) to $14,080 (wheel covers on). The $14,080 version looks good but I want to to order one with the EP-10's, no doubt.

Doesn't it come with some interior illumination besides the warm blue glow on the cupholders?

 

Yep, it comes with the blue LED under dash lighting as well as the cupholder illumination.

Just recieved some good news from my dealership, my RS 2.0 is on the way. The only difference from the base RS 2.0 that I ordered is this one will have side airbags. Never thought about those as an option but now that I think of it, it's a good option to have in the huge vehicle era we are in.

I'm so excited, I don't know why.

 

Last night i found out that i am recieveing one of the 10 they decided yesturday who gets one of the first 10 .... they arive in the NJ dock on the 10th.... the main dock for toyota and then they are going to put the car together and ship them out and i will be recieving it on the 17th one of the first 10 out wooooooooooooooooo
