Im so used to the mall usually having them that my friend and I scouted all the malls...but they kiosks are no longer at any of the malls. Any suggestions???? I got my vinyl cut at a sign shop in a little strip mall. They do all sorts of stuff, from yard signs to lettering for commercial vehicles. I don't know if they have blank license plates, but they should be able to whip something up. Or are you talking about the kind of custom license plate with the raised chrome/gold letters? You might have to check around with the cutom wheels and accessories shops for something like that.
