1. Is the AEM actually coming out really soon, or is it still being CARB crap tested?
2. If I get the K&N intake do I have to worry about water getting into the filter? I am really worried about it because like 2 days ago or something it rained a lot here and when i was driving on the street right infront of my house, there was enough water on the road that when I drove through it, you could see steam coming out from my hood. I know this isn't good, but I wasn't going to park my car down the street and walk through the oversized puddle. Suggestions please.
3. Also will this work with a turbo or SC?

Not coming out anytime soon, they can't get it to pass CARB. May never come out.
