Default New XM Direct unit For Scions

Hello everyone. I talked to Terk, they said that they will be releasing a new direct adapter in the next couple of weeks for the Scion Pioneer stereo. I hope that this is not a double post. It should sell for 49.99.

Thanks

Sorry I am still getting used to this forum. Sorry! OH, and that is just for the adapter, You still have to get the tuner for another 49.99.

crutchfield has a special right now on an xm direct tuner for 19.99 with 30 dollar debate PLUS you get a coupon for a free Roady2. The 30 dollar rebate only last til the 15th but you can sell the roady2 on ebay and make your money back

The current XM Direct Pioneer unit does not work. It will hook up to the head unit, but the head unit will not recognize it. The new one coming out is supposed to work all the way around.

Is there a similar device for Sirius radio? I think I'm going
to go that rout rather then XM

General rule of thumb that i have a seen and have read in a few electronics mags. Sirius is more or less 1 year behind XM in the hardware department. I'd expect a Siruis Direct tuner by christmas

Sirius is worth waiting for the hardware. Maxim 145, Shade 45, and Howard Stern in 2006.
