I have thought about adding a cooler and external filter to my Xa. It doesn't look too dificlult, there is a spot on the left (facing the front of the car) side of the radiator that a nice B&M plate type filter would fit. The spin on filter mount may be a little harder to mount out of harms way but I'm sure there is somewhere that would work. The Xb probably has more room to work with.
