I was debating whether to park outside the dealer and walk in or be ballsy and park right in front of the sales guys, lol. Needless to say I parked right up in front of them and caught them STARING HARD it was funny ____.

Only reason I was there was to buy an S2000 antenna. It looks damn spiffy on the tC now When I got back to my car, my girl told me that this guy and his gf parked next to me..and overheard the dudes gf say outloud as they walked by "Whats a Scion doing here?" ..omg that made my day

On my way out of there, the sales guys were still staring. Not that its a big thing, but you gotta love it

I did the same with my MINI ... the sales people ran over thinking I was about to trade it in... a lady looking at a civic looked at it while I bought my shorty antenna

 

Hey, I park my XB in front a honda dealership to buy a harmonic damping tube. then a couple customer approach me and ask me what kind of car it was, can they see it (inside and out), and how much it was. That was funny to me.

 

I've heard people say that the S2000 antenna leaves a small gap. I used the one from my 2002 Civic Si and it leaves no gap at all. I wonder if they're different.

I love the attention this car gets . I was picking up some stuff from one of the companies i work with. The guy who brought the merchandise to my car with the forklift looked at my car kinda confused and said, "is the whole top glass??" and i calmly replied "yes" and he said "what is it a lexus or something" i barely stopped myself from laughing and said "no its a scion". Lol he replied with "whats a scion".

Oh and one time i went to subway and parked right infront of the door. The guy makin my sandwhich complimented my car and asked a bunch of questions about it. Not a big deal but just makes you feel good.

I looooooove all the attention my car gets. When I see someone look at my car or go up next to it to check it out, it makes me feel so good. (and they know better than to touch it). I love my tC.

haha my friend n i had to drop of his car to the Dodge dealer to check his car cause of coolant problems and when i drove in, the salesmen outside were mad starin at me. i had a smirk on my face wit pride haha.

after that, we got bored n decided to go to the Hyundai dealer next to it. we walk inside and the salesman asks if he needs help. we say no, we juss wanna look at the tiburon v6 se. then he asks if one of us owned that scion that drove in. i said it was mine n he started askin all these questions. pretty funny haha.

eujin- if you went to the Honda in Fresno, i believe it. Most of the sales people there are *****! Tried to sell me civic...please! Do i look like an 18 yr old girl (no offense) with "daddy" footin' my bill? I think not!

When i was looking for tires most of the mechanics keep looking at my SSM Tc. One of the guys behind the counter said, "Your car isn't in my computer. Ah...what kind of car is that again?" I get a kick out of that!

Funny story though eujin.
