does anyone know the deal with them.....i have been calling for 2 days to place an order and no answer...just a recording saying to call back later.....anyone know if they have k&n intakes in stock?? thanks for the help

i dealt with them and they are awesome. James has thas alot going on with products so he might be in and out of the office. last time i checked with them they said the k&N are backordered until late june sometime. all i can say is keep trying.

Please see other post as to why we have had all phone lines down... At this time I have 10 KN Silver intakes in stock... I do not have any blue available. I also have 30+ WR intakes instock and plenty of alphawerks header

This is an email i sent to you guys on the 17th...says you are out of stock till july...and on saturday...now you have 10...guess you just didn't want to sell me one!!

No, we would love to sell you one... We had an order of 10 silver and 10 blue in with K&N and they told us it wouldn't be ready till July then all of a sudden they show up at our shop... Let us know, we can ship same day.

ahh...i wish i would have known....i ordered from somewhere on the west coast today....would have been nice to get it a little sooner from you folks in virginia!!

At first I thought Creative Compacts was a place I would never shop at again but man they proved me wrong. I had ordered Tein S Techs from them while they had the SEMA show going on and I know theyre busy and every thing but they still got me my order within a week. The only thing I wish they would change is giving the tracking number with the sale confirmations so I can track my order rather than calling back to get it. It'd be more convenient..hint..hint...but yeah, I would shop from them again. Great service.

DTRUONG_112: TO improve customer service, what happened on your first or previous order that made you think twice bout ordering from us? We are working on the tracking number situation, however at this time (Our new office is being built) we are shipping goods both from our office and our distributors and if it leaves their location, we don't have the tracking number ready. Our main goal is to have all items delivered within 7 business days... unless its a pre-order.
We look forward to doing business with you in the future.

yes they shipped really really fast ;) just waiting for them to release the short shifter and body kit!!! but they're awesome!!!
