anyone buy at Alexandria Toyota/Scion
Just wanted to see what people who bought their cars at Alexandria Toyota/Scion or who shopped there thought of this dealership.
I bought my xB RS2.0 nbr 1254 here and found the sales person to be very nice and open. He like many others at this dealership really did not know that much about the Scion line. In fact I had to show the sales person and the finance person things on the Scion website.
I did have one experience with the service department on Saturday. Very busy and lots of people in line before they opened at 8:00 am. This is one of the largest in the DC area if not the largest so I suppose this is normal. The people writing up the service also hardly knew anything about the Scion line. The person who wrote up my service order for a flat tire which was inside in the back of the car and with the spare on, asked did I use the spare?
Over all and considering all of the above, I would rate the dealership good, but if you are going to sell the Scion line at least know about the car and at least the web site which plays such an important part of this car line. In addition if you are going to show and explain the features of the car at least know them and not tell the customer that you were not given information from Toyota on the Scion Line.
All in all as a stock holder in Toyota this does alarm me on how the dealers are handling Scion sales and inquires.
My opinion only
