I removed the door panel and looks like the speaker is glued on to that plastic base on my xA. How can I replace it with better speakers with the same size ?

Now, I have never done this before, but my GUESS would be to just take the stock one off, get all the glue out of the way, then use a glue gun or something to put the aftermarket one on.
