i got some tien stech springs installed on my xb and i was wondering if anyone could help me out about how long it takes for the car to actually settle to its permanent drop height. cause at the moment the gap in the front is larger than in the rear and what i heard is that it takes a little time.

a couple of weeks of driving should be good enough..
the "gap" is differnt because the fenders are actually higher..
although there is a chance they were installed incorrectly..

it does take a few weeks (4-6) to settle

The amount of time also depends on how much or how little you drive.

Between 1982 and 1985, at least every other weekend in the SF Region. Back when 76 Celicas were in CSP, then were moved to DSP in 1984/5. Then it was off to Solo I for a few months. Back in the days when Ykahoma A-001Rs were the hot tire to have.
I stopped because I decided to join the Army. When I came home in 91, I started racing 250 Production in AFM. That lasted a couple years til my first son arrived. Now its just high speed pursuit driving.

STechs always looked raked to me... It may stay like that.
My Hotchkis springs settled in about a day.... I do drive about 40 miles a day though.

Tamago,
Did you want me to go back and tried and find my log, or is that sufficient?

my post wasn't a question, it was an addendum to your "how far you drive" your car statement
