I was on the freeway today and noticed the speedometer wasn't reading over 25. This isn't LA, so I was doing 60+. When slowing down it moved down, so at 45 it was at 15.
Impact adjustment of the cluster did no good. I've got a bit more than 500 miles on this. Will talk to the dealer tomorrow.
NANOBUS, are you going to OCTO this Sunday? I'm bringing down the '63 DoubleCab to sell it.

Now it's working again. I was about to call the dealer to set up a repair appt. next week, but noticed it's working fine this morning.

for some reason, I can't get the little needle in my speedo to go over 120! Wonder why!

next time that happens, try turning the traction control off. i know that when the xB is on the dyno, it will not go over 25mph when the front wheels are spinning and the rear wheels are not unless the traction is off. you should have the dealer fix the problem, but it seems to be related to your issue.

Sounds like a warranty issue for sure on your speedo. Let the dealer mess with it.
No, I won't be at OCTO. I'm leading a Scion cruise through the canyons north of LA!
Don't tempt me with that doublecab! :)
