Well the Short throw B&M shifter is now IN! So far I love it and highly recommend it!! real tight shifting and it feals great! Took about 35 min to install!

So the boot is not sunk in drastically?

 

this is a bit off but is there such a thing as a short clutch as well? sorry new to the game :-)

 

i like the stock shifter but i hate the height.
it feels the same as the stock shifter, correct? just a little lower?

 

It has the same height but shorter throws. The kit comes with bushings that raise the shifter base to stock height. If you dont install the bushings it will lower the **** about 1/2 inch or so.

One of my sponsors and I split the cost. I'm not sure what he paid but I paid $75.00 with the install. I didn't take pics during the install and the pics after will just look stock. I used my stock OBX shift *** and stock boot. I wasn't going for the looks just the performance. I think you can get them from $149 up to $189.

 

i've seen it on ebay for 109.99

 

i got one at superautobacs for 125. i think it was on sale
