ever since ive installed the sway ive kept it on "race setting". the rear end feels so much tighter. and i feel confident enough to take turns at higher speed without worrying about the bodyroll. play around with it, only takes about 10 mins to change the setting.

Mine has been on race since I installed it. You just disconnect the end links from the bar then reattach them on the holes that are farther away from the end of the bar.

Yeah.. it only takes like 5 minutes... the track setting is defenetely the setting you want to run... street is suppose to be 30% stiffer than stock, track is 60% stiffer.. in all honestly.. the trd track setting is about as stiff as i would ever want to run.. any stiffer as in the hatchkis bar and you would probably bias the car to oversteer... i think the trd track setting sets it close to 0 bias.. i did test the street setting and it does make a difference.. but track it way better.. that is the great thing about these bars... is that if track is too stiff for you.. you can always switch back...

a open end wrench and a allen wrench.. the links are setup like balljoint.. when you turn the nut.. the stud end will also turn... so they put an allen socket at the end of the stud. so you can hold it while you loosen and tighten the nut.. i can't remember off the top of my head what sizes.. sorry...
