splice it into your o2 sensor best bet is to peel back a lil wire solder it on and tape it up dont actually cut your wire i did that to my old car and always worked fine! unless anyone else has better but i think no?!?

You should really have a bung welded and installl a wide band 02 sensor to take full advantage. Why you want to do this on a stock car is anyone's guess.

Why are you running an AFR gauge?

Just curious.

Af gauges are stupid. You wasted your money. Sure, it is pretty eye-candy that chicks love, but it has no value, especially in a xB. If you had data logging software and could actually view your fuel trims, then maybe it would help.

Give him a break- he didnt ask for you to flame him for crying out loud- he asked if anyone knew which wire to splice into-
You think they are stupid, so dont buy one- He on the other hand doesnt think its stupid, so he bought one-
To each his own, no need to be a jerk-

I would go with a wide band o2 sensor-

From a warranty standpoint, you'd get yourself in less trouble (and be less likely to throw a CEL) if you went the welded bung/new sensor route. I'm always very cautious of the "splice".

Calm down Skip. You want easy? Find the O2 signal wire that goes into your ECU. Use a vampire tap to tap into the wire. Piece of cake. Other wires go to ground and switched 12V. Piece of cake.
And of course you already know that the computer controls how lean or rich the car runs, and the only way you could alter the settings would be if you were running an AFC, in which case, you would need some sort of datalogger to see how your changes were affecting the fuel trims. Just makin' sure...
