Anybody get ripped by REVZO here?
I ordered from Revzo Racing on Ebay.... Got my Halo projectors in no time but one was damaged. They made me file a UPS shipping claim 5/18/05, talked to UPS on 5/20/05 and they said they settled with Revzo and here I am 7 days later still waiting for revzo to even answer an email.... Any ideas what to do next???

I've tried to talk with the merchant like 4 different e-mails still not one response. I even called the number they provided me with and it is some old lady that has no idea what i'm talkin about! I talked with UPS as well and they said they have settled the claim with the merchant and paid the merchant in full...... I just want my replacement light, but if they don't want to let me know the status at all.... it means WAR!!!

It's UPSs problem since they damaged it. Just call them every couple days to keep on top of it but don't expect a check for at least a couple weeks.

ahem. dont blame ups i work for them i load your packages in the truck to get them where they are supposed to go. its not our fault most of the time. sometimes the packages is not packed too well. u have to take alot of precautions regardless of who u ship with. me personally. i think the shipper is in fault. she should know how to pack things right. and im not just sayin this because i work for ups. some nights when i go i say ____ ups. but its still a good job and i feel good about getting peeps their packages to them safely and quickly.

hahaha and my friend is the honest type. its just that schedule's get hectic and you freak out trying to get your truck loaded.
