Default Yay! I got an RS 2.0 Manual today!

Well shopping for a Scion xA, I came across one at a local dealership. It was 669 of 1700 automatic. I asked the dealership if they can get me a manual one and they went all out and did a dealer trade nearby for another RS 2.0. I got my manual!!!! Well what also shocked me was the manual one was number 8 of 1700! WOOT!!! Yay! So now I am rolling number 8 of 1700. Wow, I never thought I would come across one of that number or a manual in stock.

Something tells me that Release #1 belongs to Toyota, that is the number of the vehicle used on the RS webite so it's probably a demo model by now.

Nah, I think they will save that for the "last" RS 2.0 order.

Whoever order the last RS 2.0 xA will get that number.

ITs just a "plate with number" anyway, the Demo car we see on Scion's site might be #2312934723947 , you never know.

Oh also, did you read my other post ?

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=65470

Its about my dealer charging me Extra 515 destination, handling fee. Did they charge yours? it should be included in the MSRP already. just let you know ;)

As far as I know there was only one D-H-P charge. If there is two, the poopie will hit the fan big time.

I haven't had a chance to go over the final pricing yet since the vehicle isn't in and I didn't want to sign anything until the car is available, but using the payment calculator from the Scion site and the prices they gave me there is only one D-H-P charge involved.

Yeah same feeling here.

Well, like my other post said, the dude who sold me the car is a "Toyota" dude more than a "Scion" sales. He "probably" forgot for some reason. I called in today and he was like "oh really? hmm I will ask blah blah"

ok ....

Yeah I paid some deposit, but I can always "CANCEL" it and go to another dealer if they playing tricks on me.

no biggie

I paid 14,080 before taxes. No extra destination fees.
