$300?? that's it!??? haha seriously if it's your first time i'd highly suggest bringing a little bit more funds if you don't plan to go back anytime soon after that (you'll come back saying "damn! i should've had a little bit more to spend to buy those extra cool little trinkets). if you really enjoy the japanese tuner market you'll love just about every aspect of it! summer time is nice but depending on where you are it can get quite muggy/humid. where part of japan are you headed to? in either case, have fun!
Just go to Roppongi or Shibuya and blow it all partying with hot Russian chicks.
Thats what I did when I lived over there
The club "Lexington Queen" in Roppongi has the hottest chicks... go to the website and click PHOTOS, and you'll see what I mean

that club lexington someone posted up earlier looks alright but roppongi is more notorious for "gaijin" (foreigners) so if that's up your alley then by all means have fun! (always do!) but i don't know about you but i dig the creamy good whiteness of asian girls
$300 bucks, that's like a million yen. lol.
with only that much money, i think you're looking to buy some accessories? run by the toyota dealer in japan and see what you can find. they have a lot of cool accessories the US doesn't get. model specific stuff tends to be more expensive. i doubt you can buy much in that category, but check it out anyway.
on the other hand, if you really don't have that much to spend, rethink your japan trip. the cost of living there is among the highest anywhere in the wooooooorld.
