Default Installing a PTS20-52040-WH to factory HU. HELP!

Just got my xB last week.
Time to add in some bass.

Is there a easy way to remove the trim to gain access to the HU?
I assume it pulls right out.
Didn't want to break anything.
I tried the search didn't see anything specific to the xB.

I assume the wire harness is routed under the door sills and then under the carpet to the rear?

Thanks for the help!

Pull straight out on the temperature control *****, there are two philips screws. Unscrew them then the whole console comes straight out.
