View Full Version : Will 13s fit?
macncheese 03-02-2004, 10:06 PM I'm picking up my xB this saturday and I realize this isnt what most of you guys are all about but I've got a brand new set of old school 13s that I might rock if they'll fit. From what i understand, you can fit 13s on the ECHO and im pretty sure the scion has the same brake setup. Let me know. Thanks :)

XBBOY 03-02-2004, 10:16 PM wow!!!... those are old school Einke 92's...in gold even  they would fit but would look mighty tiny...let us know how it goes.
whats the offset on those? Man they are super clean. Have they ever been bolted up to anything?
macncheese 03-02-2004, 10:58 PM ET is either 38mm or 35mm... brand new in the original boxes.... i dont even think the other two have seen sunlight :)

PandaIst 03-02-2004, 11:09 PM deng....those rims are really nice....i like. :D
jonbee 03-02-2004, 11:26 PM sick dude!! you may need a killer drop to pull it off but those rims are butter.... mmm they would be killer in 16 or 17.
go for it!
HotBox 03-02-2004, 11:50 PM those are ____ing sick!!!! if done right i think theyll look badass if not slap them on an old skoo car and your set
Scionic 03-02-2004, 11:56 PM A very nice old skool wheels but to make them work you are going to have to get rid of that fender gap and that's going to at least take a 2.5" drop.
Go for it because it's going to look pimp when you pull it off.
HotBox 03-03-2004, 12:03 AM how much were they if you dont mind me asking
Kendo 03-03-2004, 12:36 AM I think tire sizing would be 195/70R13?
macncheese 03-03-2004, 12:37 AM how much were they if you dont mind me asking
You'd cry if I told you. I dont think i could handle a 2.5" drop in jersey. :(

yeah thats probobly true. the roads in jersey/new york SUCK. i lived in brooklyn for a few years and i can testify.
which really sucks since those wheels need a fat drop to pull it off.
are you planning to run 90 series tires?
scionspecialistvegas 03-03-2004, 12:59 AM he's got the rihgt Idea with 195\70\13 it will ride nice with all that sidewall. Those are the rims I wanted but in 15. I was going to run 205\50\15 for a jdm look. Bill
Djuan 03-03-2004, 01:39 AM well good luck in pulling it off, finally somebody going for a smaller size, very interesting... post pics when you got em...
JDMxB 03-03-2004, 01:48 AM Dude--are you on Honda-Tech?
I just saw someone post about these same wheels with the same picture.

Yeap. They weren't welcomed as affectionately over there :) I posted over there before I pulled the trigger on the xB.

projxB 03-03-2004, 02:25 AM nice wheels man, those wheels would look pretty bad ___ on my first gen. GTi :D ..
id say go for it, if you want to drop it realllllly loooow.... i got some 15x8s about a month back and would like to throw them on the xB, but i just cant do that with only a 2" drop, its just not low enuff.
XBBOY 03-03-2004, 05:10 PM those are Enkei 92's they were sold back in the early 90's. my cousin had those on his 91 Cekica GTS. I think they did come in 15's & 17's. I'm pretty sure I know a place that still carry them or can still get them.
macncheese 03-03-2004, 06:31 PM Whoa. I'd definately be interested in a larger diameter set... Sure would make this process easier.! Let me know.
