Default "the Microwave"

Does anyone know where to get colored bulbs for the center console's box?
Even a new colored latex sleeve would work; I removed the orange one.
If it's been covered please direct me, but I'm not too quick on the key-word search for this.

Wal-Mart sells them in the automotive section. I changed the bulb in mine to a blue one. Of course, that one is only on while the doors are open, so when I did the blue LEDs in my cupholders, I also ran a blue LED to the "oven" in addition to it's standard bulb. Now anytime my lights are on, it glows blue.

yeah, wal-mart/pep boys/autozone, it's a pretty standard size bulb from what i remember, unfortunately i cant tell you what the part # is. try doing a search on "light in easy bake oven" and that should hopefully turn up a thread that has your answer. It's a pretty simple install too, prolly 5 mintues, 10 if you're nervous taking the dash apart to do it if you've never taken it apart yet.

I disconnected the "normal" light in my oven and installed three difused beam red LED's, it looks pretty pimp. I also added some bright red LED's to the cup holder, super nice effect at night. I got more out of the $10 I spent at Radio Shack getting the parts then the dealers $260 light show!

Do you have to even take the dash off to get to the lights?

I just got my xA yesterday and haven't had a chance to really investigate, but it looked like you could get at the 'oven's bulbs by reaching into the oven and unclipping the 'oven ceiling'

It looks like you may have disabled bbcode, check the options under your post next time around. I think you can edit it, too.

That looks pretty sharp, though. I should give this a shot when my vehicle comes in.

Ah, thanks. I was supposed to write it from the bulb when I last had it out but I didn't. I actually went to walmart last night and caught this post today.
Walmart #1 only had red and green bulbs.
Walmart #2 had red green blue and orange.
I went by what I thought it looked like and picked up a pack of 194 blues to change out tomorrow.
thanks Ph30nix, now I know I didn't screw this one up :p

/THE BULB SHOWED UP GREEN! I got the 194B and not 194G(which definately looks green in the package)
Looked blue, burns green
Gar
Now to either get the red, or just try to locate one in purple.
