I am in need of pics that feature an xb with the roof package. I love this look on the minis and am very anxious to see it on the box. I am going to purchase an xb in the next few months and need help deciding on the color. I love the camo, but I think the black with white roof package would be the ish!

Let me see if I can't get some pictures taken here of those "roof packages" aka two-tone xB's you're talking about.

My boyfriend works in the paint shop here, where we paint the roof different colors. My personal fave is the black or blue xB with the yellow roof and rear spoiler. Looks kinda like a bee :D And the Black Cherry doesn't look so bad with a silver roof either.

Anyway, I'll try to get some pics taken of those so you can see them.

Yah... the south is where it's at! ;) They do look pretty damn cool with the different colored roof though. :)

Since you want black or camo, why not do black with a camo roof? You can park under trees and choppers won't be able to see your car! Yay! :lol:

In the Olde Dayes, many vehicles came with a white roof. The purpose of this waswas to keep the interior cooler in the summer.

Which is why I have a white xB! :)

Get Thundercload Metallic then change all your elbems to brushed titanium Apple ones...

AFAIK (As far as I know...learning is fundamental), the only roof colors available are Thundercload Metallic, Polar White, and Black Sand Pearl...

This would be a pretty interesting look.... some cars have black roofs to give the illusion of a larger greenhouse area. In some cases, it also looks sportier, like on the S13 240SXs and Acura NSXs. Hmmmm, there was that lime green xB with the silver top that didn't look too bad either.

Yeah...but I think they only paint the roof, not the top of the doors or anything...

I think a black and thundercloud would look tight. RAIDERS, baby. But they gotta split it at the bottom of the windows not just the roof.

I also thought it would be cool to get the black with white top; then get a checker board pattern done! The squares might be just a little too much. Btw Mikochu I plan on purchasing my xb through courtesy and would be willing to drop your name for "passing the word on."

I'm not sure exactly how many colors are available for the roof (I will find out though) but I know it's more than just the Thundercloud, White and Black. I know I've seen ones with Yellow roofs here at work too. Yellow may be the only other color, but I'll check into it.

And... as soon as I remember to bring my camera to work :? I'll walk over to the paint shop and get some pics of the two-tone roofs. I had planned on doing that today and posting pics up this weekend, but I forgot my digi cam again :(
