From the looks of all of the info... it looks like you work for Vivid.

Who registers for a site... posts once and it's a FULL ADVERTISEMENT for a retailer? If you got a product from them and are happy, that's cool. But it looks kind of shady to me.

The part that tries to give it away? The Spanish number... and the list of AIM names.

This is the Worst place to buy anything. I have been buying a selling on Ebay since they started and have never had such a bad experience.

I won a dutch auction for Hotchkis sway bars for 115.00 plue 18.00 shipping. There were 2 sets available. They accepted my payment and sent me an invoice so I think they are on the way. A day later I get an email that they oversold the scion sways and would be ordering more from hotchkis but I would have to pay 60.00 more for them. They offered refund or store credit, like I would ever deal with them again! They did promptly refund my money whenI asked. Saw a few negatives saying the same thing. Hope Ebay takes care of them because I complained. The auction is a binding legal contract and they broke numerous ebay policies on this one.

Watch OUT

vivid guys are pretty cool. I can't say they got the best pricing... But, one of the first forum I've ever joined was theirs when I had my trusty WRX.

I think vivd racing is a very precise shop and has very extensive parts listings for many cars on their website. I've found them to be very helpful they always answer any email within an hour. they send me my invoices and tracking numbers in a very timely manner. and before I order I ask to make sure a part is in stock. obviously some parts for some cars have a waight time. So I think consumers should make sure to ask before you place your order. They deffinently have the best prices on pulleys I've found. I have not had a single problem to date and I haven't run into any problems anybody else has. I always ask before I buy and if it is a specialty item then they would give me a timeframe to waight for the part before I purchased. they are very upfront and honest. You just need to be a smart buyer all companies run low on stock from time to time ask questions don't just assume. Thats a good rule of thumb with any parts company before you order but I give them an A++++ rating.

waight --> wait...

they told me they are restaffing the sales department and there was a new sales manager. he told me i would get a refund on shipping since i picked it up semi-locally on one part.. but i never got a refund. i will probly have to call them again and bug them over and over. the manager i talked to gave me his extension and told me to bypass sales and call him directly whenever i needed something lol...

well they have definently been on the ball with my orders and very prompt about sending invoices and tracking numbers and getting the parts shipped fast and I thought that deserved a good review. I can only speak for my experiences in the past few months and they have been outstanding. no waighting lists no mishaps just the right parts in a very timely manner.

well I have some bad news I dropped them as my sponsor because I couldn't get price quotes and they would tell me a part was in stock and it wasn't. I'm still trying to get my refund. Everything was like wine and then it turned sour overnight. no tracking numbers no returned emails no returned calls and I think I am going to have to do a chargeback probably and sadly. I was happy to have a new sponsor and I am really let down now. I think there problem is bad employee structure and customer service they can give some good deals my crank pulley ran me 95 bucks shipped but it soon bacame a headache when I wanted to do a thousand dollar order. for my wrx I am very sadened at this a company that size they seem pretty flakey so buyers be aware of the fact that if it isn't agency power your going to have to waight awhile for our parts. can anyone recomend a good site that sells well priced subabru and scion parts and doesn't rape you on shipping.

so I stuck my foot in my mouth and they have yet to refund my 120.00 dollars for a purchase. I decided to terminate them as a sponsor because I couldn't even get a price quote or my tracking numbers after my first order at least I got my crank pulley for 95 dollars shipped but I need my refund hopefully it will post soon.
