Turbokits from Turbonetics
To add more good news to the community. Turbonetics is currently developing a turbokits for Scion tC. Not sure about the release date but I just sent them an email a few minutes ago asking for a preliminary release date.
The kits will yields 270 hp using their custom T3/T4 hybrids turbocharger. See links below:

Hum, ScionSpeed is using a T3 from Garett and Dezod is using a Turbonetics turbo which also appears to be a T3/4. So now we have three T3 type turbos (maybe one more if Toyomoto uses it too) and one 16G Evo III type turbo.

i personally like having the t3/t4 set up because my turbo spools up fast and it delivers a nice punch so yea t3 t4 is a nice set up u will love it it delivers great power without going crazy at full boost.
its a Hybrid of a t3 and a t4 turbo. t3 turbine and a t4 housing if I am not mistaken. Wich is supposed to spool up faster than a t4, but have more power potential than a t3. Personally I prefer the t3/4 setup to a evoIII. Dunno why. Just seen that turbo in many outstanding set ups. Searl Tate and his sr20 used a t3/4 set up and was 12.3 at the quarter, in a smog legal daily driver.
Too bad the site does not have the compressor map or we'll have a lot better idea how it's gonna perform. If we have something similar to the comp map of T3 60 Trim, it's going to be really fun.
The kit yield 270 hp. Assuming 20% drivetrain loss, we still have 216 whp, which is similar to those of Scionspeed and ZPI. I bet the build quality of the kit will be top notch, judging from the turbo itself.

We chose a T3/T4 hybrid setup so we can have a quick spoool but still hold peak efficiency all the way to redline.
I do know this... Turbonetics is using an even larger turbo than us. They are using a T3/T04E housing, we're using a B housing on the stage 1. At lower boost levels the B should make a little bit more torque with a faster spool.
Turbonetics is a good company though and they are helping us with ours to an extent of the custom built turbo system. The turbos do cost more than a 16G Mitsu, but it's well worth it.

Turbonetics told me the kit should be ready in about 90 days. They are in production for the kit right now. The kit will be one of there systems. Turbo, pipes, manifold, intercooler, fuel management, etc. I had the prototype on for SEMA and the fit and finish was great for a prototype.

Since you have the prototype, mind telling us how's it perform? What rpm it kicks in?
