also if i put the 8"s up front my 6.75s will go to the rear hatch and the rear hatchs 5.25 two ways will end up somehow or another being put into the rear doors. any help with modilng into the rear doors? I REALLY DO NOT want them to be mounted to the outside of the panel that looks WAY tacky to me. thanx guys.

With the rearranging of your speakers, I'd say no...it'll totally make your soundstage=butt

That wouldn't be a bad idea.

You want to keep the mids up front though. 80 Hz and up you'd notice in the back...if you put all the mid speakers behind you, that'd just be weird. Putting the 8's in the back door, if they fit = good idea

i tend to agree. ive also thought about 8's in the rear doors or under seat if they wont fit. but, i think ill have to get a component set also for the back.

with 8's in the door i would suggest making an entire enclosure for it...
you would still also need to get some kind of mids and highs up front too, since I am pretty sure the 8's are subs and not a midbass ...

Yes, awesome door panels but let's get back to the reason he posted to begin with, shall we? The install looks clean. What exactly did you have to modify to get a clean install? And do the panels cause any extra vibration or rattle when the 8's hit?
